REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (closes July 27, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District is seeking proposals for right of way appraisal and valuation for the Lake Powell Pipeline. Respondents interested in being qualified must submit a proposal by 5:00 pm on July 27, 2020. Click here for the Request for Proposals. INVITATION TO BID (closes July 27, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will accept sealed bids for the purchase and removal of a metal barn and stalls located currently on its property near Anderson Junction until no later than 4:00 pm, July 27, 2020, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the district Office, 533 E. Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, 84770. Contact David Jessop, Operations Manager, davej@wcwcd.org, 435-668-7416, for a copy of the Invitation to Bid.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (closes August 3, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will receive Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for development of historical contexts for four historic properties that will be affected by the Ash Creek Project.  The project will consist of a primary pipeline, two collector pipelines, a pond, upgraded diversion, reservoir (with recovery wells), and pipeline to Toquerville secondary water system.  Click here to view the Scope of Work and submission requirements.

The district will review SOQs submitted on or before August 3, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Electronic copies of SOQs are to be delivered to the  Washington County Water Conservancy District, 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, UT 84770, or emailed to Corey Cram, corey@wcwcd.org.  In order for an SOQ on file to be considered for this project, the consultant must email Corey Cram at corey@wcwcd.org by the deadline, and state their interest in the project. Their SOQ on file will then be used in the evaluation process.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (closes August 3, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will receive Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted by consultants who desire to provide data recovery for five historic properties that will be affected by the Ash Creek project.  The project will consist of a primary pipeline, two collector pipelines, a pond, upgraded diversion, reservoir (with recovery wells), and pipeline to Toquerville secondary water system.  Data recovery shall consist of a professionally prepared study that includes (1) the preparation of a Data Recovery Plan; (2) recovery of scientific information through a combination of mechanical trenching and hand-excavated units; (3) synthesis of all existing records and data; (4) analysis of all artifacts; (5) curation preparation; (6) comprehensive final report; (7) public education product(s).  Click here to view the Scope of Work and submission requirements.
