REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (closes April 9, 2021)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking proposals for Class III Cultural Resource Inventory & Archeological Site Re-visits for Warner Valley Project Area, in Washington County, Utah. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (closes April 14, 2021)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking proposals for Sanitary Services at Kolob Reservoir. REQUEST FOR BIDS (closes April 27, 2021)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will receive sealed bids at its office (533 E. Waterworks Dr., St. George, UT 84780) for the North Leeds Pipeline Replacement until 3 p.m. MDT on April 27, 2021, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

This project includes two bid opportunities: one for materials and the other for construction.

Bid #1: Materials

The project will consist of furnishing approximately 3,700 feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipe, a valve and two reducers. 

Bid #2: Construction

The project includes removing existing HDPE pipe and installing approximately 3,700 feet of 24-inch ductile iron pipe, reconstruction of existing air vac, and connections to the existing waterline. 

The project is in Leeds, Utah along Old HWY 91 from 900 North to just South of Shadow Lane.

Any notices regarding changes / addenda to the contract documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with the bidder’s registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information to receive updates and additional information from the engineer.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (ongoing)
