REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (closes October 23, 2020)

Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests Statement of Qualifications on behalf of itself, Central Utah Water Conservancy District, Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, and Washington County Water Conservancy District. The services include:  1) chief legislative legal counsel; 2) strategic communications; 3) strategic political advisory services; and, 4) state legislative communications, including lobbying. The Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is available online here.  The RFSOQ issue date is September 21, 2020. REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (closes October 28, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will review Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) submitted by firms who desire to provide engineering services with the intent of selecting a consultant to provide design and construction management services for replacement of a culinary water pipeline north of the Town of Leeds. Roughly 2,800 feet of existing 14-inch pipeline will be replaced with an 18-24-inch ductile iron pipeline. The district will review SOQs on file, as well as any submitted on or before October 28, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Electronic copies of Statement of Qualifications are to be delivered to the Washington County Water Conservancy District, 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, UT 84770, or emailed to Whit Bundy, whit@wcwcd.org.  In order for an SOQ on file to be considered for this project, the consultant must email Whit Bundy at whit@wcwcd.org by the deadline, and state their interest in the project. Their SOQ on file will then be used in the evaluation process.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (closes October 29, 2020)

The  Washington  County  Water  Conservancy  District  (district)  will review Statement  of  Qualifications (SOQs) submitted by consultants who desire to provide engineering design and construction management services for automated Grass Valley transbasin tunnel controls.  These controls will be used to manage runoff by diverting water to Grass Valley Reservoir and/or through the tunnels to New Castle. The district will review SOQs submitted on or before October 29th, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Electronic copies of Statement of Qualifications are to be delivered to:  Washington County Water Conservancy District, 533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, UT 84770, or emailed to Randy Johnson, randy@wcwcd.org. In order for  an  SOQ  on  file  to  be  considered  for  this  project,  the  consultant  must  email Randy  Johnson at randy@wcwcd.org by the deadline, and state their interest in the project. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (closes November 20, 2020)

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) is seeking proposals for bond counsel services on its bond transactions.  Proposals must be received by the district no later than Friday, November 20, 2020, 5:00 pm.
